Hiram Rivera - CEO

As the highest-ranking executive in the organization, Hiram is primarily responsible for leading the organization and making major decisions for the organization. Hiram serves as the figurative head of the organization when communicating with government entities and the general public. He leads the development of the organization's long-term and short-term strategies. Hiram manages overall operations and makes major decisions affecting the organization. He manages the organization's resources and negotiates or approves agreements and contracts for the organization.

 

Dustie'Lee Ascino - Executive Assistant to the CEO

Working directly with the CEO, the Executive Assistant networks with current and future associates to secure sales, discuss contract negotiations, outlining timeline, and resources needed. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external associates on all matters; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts with discretion. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to all teams and oversees special projects. Being a Notary Public, Dustie'Lee is commissioned to perform notarial services for the organization.

 

Yuliya Londagin, EA, CTC - BLV Financial, LLC dba CAccTax

The CFO Provides CFO services including but not limited to: setup and fine-tuning of job cost accounting, preparation, and review of company's financial statement and KPI's to monitor and maximize company's profitability and overall financial health. Being an Enrolled Agent and Certified Tax Coach, Yuliya also helps with proactive tax planning and payroll and income tax compliance.

 

Malia Lindsey - Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager takes care of all daily accounting operations such as payroll, accounts payable and receivable. She is the main contact for all accounting and clerical requests and inquiries.

 

Dubin Whitaker - Estimator / Procurement Officer

The Estimator is responsible for the quantity take off of all E.M. Rivera & Sons, Inc. projects. He ensures that bids are in compliance with State and County Specifications. As a Procurement Officer he is responsible for assessing products, services and suppliers and negotiating contracts. He is also responsible for ensuring that approved purchases are of a sufficient quality and are cost-efficient.

 

Debbie Rauhe - Estimator / Job Cost Analyst

The Estimator reviews take offs in preparation for Job Costing ensuring proper allocation of material, subcontractor, labor, burden, and overhead costs by project. Also a graphic designer, she aids in preparing drawings and cost estimates providing insight for design build projects.

 

Micah Stevens - Director of Safety / Project Assistant

The Safety Director collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement safety policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules. Ensures completion of required OSHA/MSHA recordkeeping and reporting. Identifies opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems. Conducts employee training on applicable safety standards. Reviews safety training and recommends revisions, improvements, and updates. Conducts safety inspections and audits to assess employee compliance with safety regulations. Reviews accident and incident reports. As Project Assistant he assists with facilitating communication to all involved and assists with administrative duties.
