Hualalai Colony Phase II is a 43 lot subdivision in a deluxe gated community overlooking Kailua-Kona with magnificent views of the town and the ocean. E.M. Rivera & Sons’ site work consisted of mass grading, asphalt roads & swales, water, drainage systems and all underground utilities including electrical, telephone and cable. E.M. Rivera and Sons also completed many of the house pads, custom rock walls and septic systems. All work was built to meet or exceed County Standards.
