Near downtown Kailua-Kona, this development includes 30 one-acre and 68 half-acre homesites on 93 acres. E.M. Rivera and Sons’ site work consisted of mass excavation, crushing, grading, asphalt streets & swales, water, sewer, drainage systems and all underground utilities including electrical, telephone and cable. E.M. Rivera and Sons also prepared the house pads to sub-grade and built a channelized intersection. All work was built to County Standards.
