The Kamakana Villages Family and Senior Rental Project is a 170 unit Affordable Housing Development with 2 Community Centers and a Tot Lot. E.M. Rivera & Sons, Inc. site work consisted of mass grading, asphalt roads, concrete sidewalks, water, sewer, drainage systems and all underground electrical and conduit. All work was built to meet or exceed County Standards.
