The Kiilae Estates Subdivision project consisted of 49 -5 acre lots. E.M. Rivera & Sons Site work included mass grading, asphalt roads, drainage, and all underground utilities including electrical and cable. Water system
with .1 MG Reservoir Tank. Project also included State Highway improvements at the Entrance.
