A Kona Coast time-share project with 14 multiple unit buildings, E.M. Rivera & Sons’ completed the mass grading, rock walls, asphalt road and all underground utilities including electrical, telephone, cable and homeowner communication system. Water, sewage and drainage work was also done. E.M. Rivera & Sons specializes in mitigating the impact on ancient archeological sites, as were found on this parcel.
