The Kuakini Highway 16-Inch Waterline Improvement Project consisted of removal of existing 8-Inch waterline sections along the Kuakini Highway, replacing it with approximately 9,000 feet of 16-Inch waterline and reconnecting it back to the 8-Inch waterline. All work was completed to meet DWS Standards.
