The Lokahi Ka’u Affordable Apartments Project is an 10 acre, 18 Building, 306 unit Housing Project. E.M. Rivera & Sons, Inc. site work consisted of mass grading, asphalt roads, concrete sidewalks, rockwalls, water, sewer, drainage systems

and all underground electrical and cable. All work was built to meet or exceed County Standards.
