E.M. Rivera & Sons’ completed the mass grading for this restaurant site amidst an existing, mature shopping center requiring specialized noise mitigation and dust control. All existing underground utilities, water, sewer and drainage required extensive modification to accommodate this new structure. Work by E.M. Rivera and Sons included retrofitting streets, parking, curbs and rock walls.
