E.M. Rivera & Sons completed the Mass Excavation, Grading, Concrete curb, gutter and sidewalks, Asphalt roads and parking lots; Water, Sewer and Drainage systems and all underground utilities including Telephone, Electrical and Cable. The Seascape project also included the Mass Excavation, Grading and Tank Installation for the Sewage Treatment Plant.
