University Heights West is a lovely starter home subdivision off Palani Road in Kailua-Kona. The subdivision has a great location, only 8 minutes from downtown and just 10 minutes from the airport. With lot elevations from 1300 to 1800 feet, the views are spectacular and the evenings are pleasantly cool. Lots are generous in size, many are on cul-de-sacs and ownership is fee simple. E.M. Rivera and Sons’ work on this 62 lot subdivision included the mass grading, asphalt roads & swales, water and septic systems. Lot pad preparation and drainage systems were also done. All work was completed to meet or exceed County Standards. The subdivision also consisted of overhead utilities.
